When you choose Bloom and Shine Services as your home care provider, we begin by reviewing your loved one’s needs. We will meet with involved family members and, when necessary, consult with the physician(s) of the care recipient, social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff. Our goal is to get a complete picture of your loved one’s in-home care needs.

Our Caregivers
The goal of Bloom and Shine Services is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. We hire only 1 out of 25 caregiver applicants who apply for a job. Think about how you would take applications from and interview that many people to find the right Caregiver. We hire applicants that have at least two years of caregiving experience and that have current certifications.

We Carefully Screen & Hire All of Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are W2 employees, not contractors. We conduct criminal background checks and verify employment references that helps us check for kindness, honesty and conscientiousness.
